GARANTIE LEGALE

- A partir du 1er mars 2015

1-le vendeur est tenu des défauts de conformité du bien au contrat, et des défauts cachés de la chose vendue ;

2-lorsque le consommateur agit en garantie légale de conformité :

Il bénéficie d'un délai de 2 ans à compter de la délivrance du bien pour agir.

Il peut choisir entre la réparation ou le remplacement du bien, sous réserve de certaines conditions de coût prévues par l’article L.211-9 du code de la consommation.

Il est dispensé de rapporter la preuve de l'existence du défaut de conformité durant les 6 mois suivant la délivrance du bien (pour les biens neufs, ce délai sera étendu à 24 mois à compter du 18 mars 2016).

3-la garantie légale de conformité s'applique indépendamment de la garantie commerciale éventuellement consentie ;

4-la possibilité de mettre en oeuvre la garantie contre les défauts cachés ; dans ce cas, le consommateur peut choisir entre la résolution de la vente ou une réduction du prix de vente.

LEGAL WARRANTY

- From 1 March 2015

1. the seller is liable for any lack of conformity with the contract, and hidden defects of the thing sold ;

2. when the consumer is in legal guarantee of conformity:

- the consumer granted a period of 2 years from delivery of the goods to act.

- the consumer can choose between repair or replacement of the property, subject to certain cost conditions laid down in Article L.211-9 of the Code of consumption.

- the consumer is offered to prove the existence of non-compliance during the 6 months after delivery of the goods (for new goods, this period will be extended to 24 months from 18 March 2016).

3. the legal guarantee of conformity applies regardless of any commercial guarantee granted ;

4. the ability to implement the guarantee against hidden defects; in this case, the consumer can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction in the selling price.
