    Small clip holders that contain the license plate itself were somewhat closed off. I had to make some modifications myself on the frame to fit my license plate in this frame. The frame I was sent had QC issues it seems.

    They are designed to be very tight. This holds the plate in place nice and snug and keeps plate from rattling. You shouldn't have to move those as they are done in the mold. Hopefully it all works out. Thanks for the purchase. Sec13
