There was an issue with one of the items being out of stock, but the vendor contacted me and offered replacement by another item or refund, and we could come to an agreement very quickly. Both the description as well as the first communication were in French, which is not the standard international language, but the vendor quickly adjusted once I wrote in English. For the rest, very decent service.
