I have replied a couple of times. The item being a small decal with free post was sent standard large letter - 2 stamps $3. To send it trackable would cost almost as much as the item but may have to look at that if have issues such as this. The item was sent from melbourne to WA and should have arrived but obviously Australia Post must have lost it.
