As a repair tech, I opened the unit to find a gear off the main shaft & lodged in the faceplate. I repaired that & noticed the off centered tray. The rollers were out of the slide indicating that someone had already disassembled & reassembled incorrectly. To get the tray removed I had to 1st dislodge one of the laserdisc that was jammed. Bad seller. Buy elsewhere if possible.
