After some unpleasant back and forth, and time, she eventually allowed for my return. I literally put in the description that all contents were included in the photos. I took pictures of all components that were in the box to avoid any misunderstandings. The components were still sealed and new. I was extremely transparent. If you felt I was aggressive, it was probably because you accused me of being dishonest. I accepted the return, after being very clear about what was in the package.
