They were not played with Lego mini figs as stated these were all new FAKES.
With eBay’s return policy I did get a full refund but Buyers Beware.

I had no clue these were fake. Buyer never contacted me and I accepted the return and gave a FULL refund and have not re-listed the items now that I know. Wasn't trying to fool anyone, just an honest mistake and lack of knowledge on my part. I feel like I made it right.
