      I regret to inform you that upon receiving a corner cage purchased from your esteemed establishment, I discovered to my dismay that the essential screws required for assembly were regrettably absent from the packaging. Despite my earnest attempts to establish contact with the seller, my efforts were met with an unsatisfactory response, leaving me in possession of a cage that cannot be assembled and a financial loss of £390. So I would definitely think before purchasing anything from here.

      Buyer is nothing but a con artist, they had the item for 29 days and then claimed that the screw pack was missing which is a lie, because every cage that leaves our warehouse is fully checked by ourselves to make sure nothing is ever missing, buyer has clearly purchased a parrot, cage etc and then changed their mind and sold the parrot and now they think that they can return a used item for a full refund which will not happen, you should be ashamed of yourself, buyer reported to eBay.
