Sorry for the negative review, but the 'contact seller' button isn't working on my eBay app, and this thing is pure junk. There is no way to use it. The company (Geniatech) does not support the software, and it no longer works with any modern operating system. I need to return this. No one should be selling this on eBay, it's dishonest.
