I purchased a Dyson fan remote from this seller and the experience was very negative at first, the seller had not shipped the item and did not respond to messages regarding my purchase, after over 2 weeks I ended up filing a claim with ebay. But ultimately the seller was able to ship and deliver the item to me. My recommendations to the seller are to ship promptly and respond to customer’s messages.
