I ordered and paid for two sets of bolts and only received one set. Sent them a message that I only received one set but paid for two sets. I asked them to send me the other set.
Instead of reaching on the shelf and sending the other set, they issue a refund and tell me to reorder . That is about as crazy as it gets. Parts are nice though.
