The screw to tighten the two parts together is missing, the seller says that the embellishment cap is enough, as they are they cannot be used, I had to look for the screw myself with a further outlay….

It's hard for me to say what the client wanted to achieve. I tried to prove to him that no additional screw was needed. he wasn't able to prove to me where he wanted to screw it up, maybe he wanted to prove something to himself by destroying my reputation in the comments. I was of course willing to return it and there was no reaction other than a comment.
