I bought this to create MP3 files for my extensive tape collection. The unit was exactly as described, brand new! Everything was complete and intact. I have used it and everything worked great. It's a little difficult to actually upload the saved files into my Windows Media Player. I still haven't got it completely figured out but that's not the fault of the selling eBayer. I think the shipping cost was a lot more than what it actually cost to ship but the total was still OK.
