packed really poorly, just put the doll in a bag then loose in the box, no bubble wrap or anything cushioning or protecting the doll. otherwise the doll is relatively as described, though there is a rip in the back of her dress that was not described and only pictured poorly/ vaguely. this was obviously done so the seller could claim having pictured it but unless pointed out/ mentioned no one would ever notice from the photos. overall not a great experience but not the worst either I guess.
