I am sorry that the plate was damaged when you received it. I was sure that the packing was secure enough to keep it from getting damaged shipping from Northern NJ to upstate NY. My guess is that all the extra handling by USPS contributed to the damage occurring. Starting at the pick up in West Milford, NJ to your location in NIAGARA FALLS, NY via Chicago, IL.
