Hat did not come as pictured looks like somone stepped on the hat I ordered. I recorded the unboxing of the hat for YouTube. it came smashed/flat and then stuffed with paper to make sure it stayed that way. Very sad. ordered 5 hats 5 different sellers and this one broke my heart

As shown, item was exactly as pictured. Also as shown, the hat was wrapped perfectly in a box with protective shipping materials. I even did this buyer a favor when he claimed he couldn't pay for item. By his own words, he doesn't even know what he is complaining about. Over 2,000 perfect sales, it is unfortunate that this person leaves bad feedback in order to save a couple dollars. Buyer 's status on this platform is noticeably under review. Thanks to all.
