Well packed and the seller had taken great care to ensure the plant was hydrated. Really thoughtful . Positive experience apart from the NO RETURN POLICY. I had to trust that I would receive as shown on photo. Which thankfully I did. The seller also supplied aftercare information again thoughtful. So far a positive outcome . Thankyou.
