Unfortunately the item ordered was not in stock, fair enough, sometimes due to human errors the numbers physically in stock do not necessarily reflect the 'computer stock'... However, the seller said they would cancel the order and refund the monies, well, to be fair they did but only after I let the estimated delivery time expire and then open / raise a 'not delivered' case. Not amusing when the item in question was over £600.
