It is light weight and runs up to a high tone lightly. It has a good response and sounded great. It was used in a lesson room. We have disassembled, cleaned, and greased up the instrument for display. The piston and slide operate smoothly without sticking. There are some small dents and a thin ding on the body of the bell, but they do not affect the performance. The plating is in relatively good condition with few rough spots. It will be shipped in a Cadson semi-hard case.”
