this is the most unfair feedback i have ever received,, after the acknowledgment that an error was made, a 50% refund was given (which is what was requested) and the buyer kept the item,, i was not rude, nor did i try and convince them of anything,, if i could screenshot the entire conversation and post it on here i would,, how or why someone would leave a negative feedback, after all their problems where resolved, on a 8$ item, is beyond me ..
