Received the Heater element and it was poorly packaged but after openning, the unit was bent but also did not operate. I was notified through ebay this item could not be returned but I would assume ebay would support my notification the unit is not operative. I am waitng on a further response from bets-9126 (118) or ebay before follow up with paypal. Please let me know your decisions,
