Non ci ha mai scritto per comunicarci un problema....non ha richiesto la restituzione (era un suo diritto)...nessuno era al corrente di questo "grosso" disagio...prima di acquistare i tappeti in gomma bisogna sapere che essendo in "gomma" l'odore del prodotto a nuovo a qualcuno potrebbe dar fastidio...ma ci sono i rimedi....se ci avesse scritto glielo avremmo comunicato!
