Item showed up Benton three different directions. Seller accepted refund and then contacted Ebay on the day he received item back. Ebay had to make the decision themselves putting refund in my favor luckily. I've never had issues selling, ever. This item is known to appear bent because of the industrial plastic TE uses. I directed him to look it up and let me know if he wanted it or to return it, no problems. I never used it and hoped to find it a home. I don't need the money. I encouraged him to return it.
