Both Rae Dunn plates arrived broken. Seller mailed them together in the same bag with no wrapping in between the plates. They would have banged against each other during transit and should have been wrapped a few times separately. I messaged seller and did not receive any reply whatsoever. I opened a return dispute with eBay and received my refund through that process.
