Item did not work with tester. Got RMA and Sent item back tracked got to china and tracking stopped at customs. Request refund did not received from them as they were saying item can not be tracked, found out from ebay when I got them involved item was been held at customs in China and the seller needed to pay duty on goods. Managed to get money back from ebay after dispute was in my favor. Hence the neutral experience.
