seller mailed plastic trophy in cardboard box. the box arrived severly damaged and smashed. the trophy has a large dent on the top with two large scratches. i emailed the seller three times to send me a replacement with no response. i started a refund with ebay and am waiting to hear back. the seller should have packed the trophy much better to protect it from shipping damage.
