True, it was returned and a prompt refund issued however the phone was as described - I stated that I knew nothing about iPhone and that other than checking the IMEI and it coming back as good - I performed no other tests. ALL of which was stated prior to purchase/shipping. And, I accepted the return to spite having a no return policy on this item - that's gotta count for something, right? Once it was returned, I actually sold it locally (and for a bit more then on here) - just to clear this up
