Great transaction, the unit arrived with some damage and did not function properly. Seller instructed me to contact a service company, they came out and made adjustments to the unit so that it functioned properly. Sent the seller an invoice for the amount and they IMMEDIATELY refunded the cost for the repair. Integrity is a difficult trait to find these days, but the seller in this case certainly has a great deal of it.
