      Item was shipped & arrived promptly. Packaging was careful. Pendleton is a brand known high quality & this coat is fairly priced. The description was incomplete. the description had photos of areas that needed cleaning, & stated it would be good as new w/ some laundry treatment (true) the light staining covered a bigger area than specified and half the buttons were loose.
