The shoes were wrapped in a greasy plastic that smelled like it had wrapped gasoline or auto parts!! It negatively scented the shoes so I cannot wear them safely. I am very chemically sensitive, and know rapidly when I have been exposed to such toxic chemicals as I have neurological effects, painful tongue, dry mouth, raging headache. Very sad. I have had to quarantine the packaging and shoes outside the house, as I would not want it to toxify my closet.
