The Laptop was cosmetically in excellent condition including the outside case, keyboard, trackpad, and screen. There were no scratches or scrapes, no dust, no fingerprints. The functionality was as expected including the graphics card, fingerprint reader and 4K screen. The SDD was as advertised at 512G. I do not have the experience to check out all the features of Win11. There was no bloatware that I have noticed. A good purchase!
