This buyer just because he thought the product he bought was expensive, without any communication, he left a bad comment that the product did not have a manual, but I have stressed in the first article of the description of the item that this is a 3D printing model, which requires the buyer to have production experience.

The model was shipped with all of its supports still in place causing several portions to break while removing the supports. The detail is incredible but it is kind of ruined by having to glue many of the small pieces back together. In my opinion it is not worth $35 and the support should have been removed immediately after printing.
