The piece I bought was defective did not work well, I was lowering the temperature of the pool heater automatically when I adjusted it to the required temperature and today it stopped working completely locks and does not work... it has some guarantee... or they could replace the piece......

I don't think you understand how eBay & private sellers work. I'm not a pool supply company. You purchased this over TWO MONTHS ago & stated it worked for a while. Then it stopped & now you expect me to repair it/replace it, even though my description clearly explained that it was purchased from another company & not compatible with my pool so I was selling it AS-IS. Then I give you the company info I originally got it from to try to help you out, you get snippy & leave this review. Good Luck.
