Upon better investigation, I realized that the wings weren't broken, but unglued. The seller offered a Waterford replacement in addition to keeping the angel. Because it wasn't his fault, I refused it. I only asked for the refund on the glue I purchased.The seller was very cooperative and I apologized for overreacting.
