Works just as it should. The only thing I would say against it is to remove or replace the included lanyard. The place where it attaches to the card reader is extremely thin and the usb port was reluctant to let go. the lanyard pulled right through the plastic loop attaching it to the reader. This did not affect functionality and I was able to work the reader out of the usb port. So get a wider/thicker lanyard or remove the one it came with if you anticipate a problem.
