Item was received incomplete. I was not in a position to wait for a replacement, and the missing part is not available from the manufacturer, at least as far as I was able to find. I was able, with machining, welding, and other metal work, to modify the new set to work, but it cost me a day of work. To me, open box means complete, but box has been opened. . .
