I documented everything and ebay is aware of the situation with the buyer and is in the process of removing the negative feedback because of policy viloations. Beware of BUYER!!!!!Follow-up from: b***k- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller completely ignored me and was zero help on the return of a Tuner that the Quartz tuning chip inside was off .1 MHZ on FM stations when it tuned in. Very annoying unit! No profanity was used in messages to seller. He is the normal ebay seller that is not willing to admit he sold a defective unit to me even though he stated in the auction it functioned perfectly. This guy is living in denial! Avoid this seller at all costs! I know I will! I did open package to test unit! Faulty!
