This model dash cam was supposed to have WIFI, but did not. Seller was unaware, so it wasn't his fault and accepted the return and refunded my money. Original purchase was packaged securely and shipped quickly. Communication was okay. Refund was okay. I hate it didn't work out, but at least this seller was easy to work with. I still recommend him.
