They marked the item as shipped. Then 5 days later they told me they cant find the shirt...This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I seriously cant believe they waited 5 days after they shipped the item to tell me they were never able to find the shirt in the first place. And now we are put in a serious bind because we dont have enough time before the event start to find a replacement shirt. A simple refund does NOT fix the problem with this order!!!.

I will own up to this negative. We are not sure where the shirt went. We printed the label and went to package and could not find the shirt. We did search for another day, but it wasn't 5 days after like they said, it was 3 after we painted shipping label. We sent the email and apologized as we should have. Again, we apologize, and yes we own up to it.
