I contacted seller who told me to throw it away and they sent me another flashlight. I charged it and it seemed to work ok when tested. I used it twice for a total of 10 minutes and the second flashlight stopped working, it went completely dead. When the customer first reported that the EDC light was not working, we immediately sent a brand new replacement without requiring a return of the original unit. Instead of accepting our offer for warranty service, the customer is now demanding full refund for a two-month-old order
