Tragically this piece arrived broken. The seller was very understanding and prompt to start the refund process. I do wish the piece had been packaged a little better and maybe had fragile on the outside of the box.

Yes, the item unfortunately broke during shipping. As a seller who has sold many breakable items, I take time and pride in my packaging. I'm sorry but adding fragile to the outside of a box, doesn't prevent the item from being miss used by shipping companies. The item should not have broke if it was handled correctly. After the buyer shared the bad news I instantly gave them their money back and apologize for it breaking. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough in the eyes of this buyer.
