AWFUL!
It took them ages to dispatch. Then the product is nothing like the photo. Completely different toy!!
I have tried to return and was offered just 10% which I refused. They said it’s too difficult to do returns to my country- don’t sell it here then?
They eventually agreed and said they’d pay for postage, which cost me £11, and now they won’t pay.
Communication is awful, I’ve sent a photo of my receipt and they’re now saying they can’t do a refund.
