Item has not shipped. The seller is asking inappropriate questions of me in an effort to decide if they are going to ship the item or not. This is wrong, as you can see in the email, in addition to the inappropriate inquires received, I've also been ask to attest to something. The seller has my name, shipping address, and money, any other concerns they have, have been address through the term and conditions of the auction. Do you have any suggestion on how I might receive the item I've bought?

I understand your concerns and thanks for buying.As stated in the auction,this is an export controlled item and any one trying to buy this to illegally export this to outside of US will cause serious consequences including jail time to both buyer and seller. So all I need you to do is to self-attest that you will buy this and use it for your own purpose in the US and will not bring this to outside of US.
