First negative feedback I’ve left in probably 10 years. Seller sent a vitamix 5200 instead of the listed 750 professional. The condition didn’t match either (worse). This wasn’t the problem though, things happen.
I’d have been willing to leave positive feedback had the seller shown motivation to resolve it. I provided photos right after carrier delivery. Label was sent, product returned. But 4 days after seller received the return, still no refund issued. eBay had to intervene. I’d avoid.
