I was send 2 cpu's but one want the right model so I had to get a refund seller did offer to send out the right 1 but by the time he got back to be I already got what I the models I need from a different seller I'm trying not too be to hard on he so I'm putting neutral Because I do know from time to time we all make mistakes he did give a full refund but that doesn't make up for the gas and the time to go to USPS to drop it off suggest in the future that you double check before sending
