The purse came in a condition worse that described, also damaged in shape because box was too small when shipped. Stains and cracks in the leather was not stated or pictured. Tried messaging the seller, after 3 weeks with no reply only option is to leave a bad review. I love the bag, but the condition should have been stated and shipped a nicer way, feel like I paid too much for the condition of the bag.

YOU ARE BUYING A SECOND HAND-USED BAG AND IT WON'T BE PERFECT, UNLESS IT IS STATED... and if that still is not good enough for you then NEXT TIME PLEASE BUY FROM A BOUTIQUE. I am very much okay with buyers asking for extra pictures and details, that is very much normal and even highly encouraged. But there is a difference and a line between being a responsible - informed buyer from just being a difficult entitled one.
