USPS was never in receipt of the item. The seller tried to say it got lost in the mail, but USPS cannot lose something they never received. She didn’t seem to care and said it happens all the time. If it happens all the time she should go into a USPS location and make sure it is scanned. The only tracking is her printing the label. Other reviews said she never shipped the item as well. Unlike the other negative reviews, she did communicate with me.
