Only reason it's not 5 stars is because the item was not clean as described and indeed had a strong smell to it which was also not as described. Parts of the pouches on the vest are also rusted. Took hours to wipe down the vest as best as possible without damaging it and I discovered dead bug parts inside the vest itself within the plate pockets. Overall impossible to completely clean but the vest remains functional and was overall intact.
