I paid for two "new, sealed" unopened amenity bags. Seller sent one that was unsealed and contents used, including the lip balm with its own seal broken. Seller said to "Chop off the front end of the balm." OMG!! I requested a fair refund; he sent an inadequate amount that did not include the extra shipping I paid for the second bag. He also accused me of "scheming something." Over a $4.50 bag? Really?? And he asked, "How would I have known one was opened?" How about checking before sending?
