The title says 63k Gems. But what was given was 3 accounts with 21k gems that cannot be transferred. Misleading title and I fell for it. No refund was given. Don't make the same mistake as me.

I recommend that you read the product description correctly next time.
it clearly specifies what a bundle is and what you will receive, if you were new to the game, you could have asked before buying and help you understand how it works.
also you can't buy gems outside the game (with that in mind i understood that you are new to the game).
